Hosting and website access
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as your IP address, requested page, time of access and browser information to deliver the website and protect it against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is a secure and reliable website. Cloudflare processes data under its data processing terms. Processing outside the EEA may occur; Cloudflare provides contractual safeguards, including EU standard contractual clauses.
Technical access data is retained according to Cloudflare’s service and security settings for as long as needed to operate and protect the website.
Web Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and technical performance using a JavaScript beacon. According to Cloudflare, it does not use cookies, local storage or individual visitor profiles. The measurements help me improve the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in understanding website use and performance). Cloudflare states that unsampled beacon data is retained for seven days and aggregated statistics can be accessed for up to six months.
Google Search Console
I use Google Search Console to view reports about how this domain appears in Google Search, including search queries, clicks and indexing. Ownership of the domain is verified via a DNS record. This does not place Google code on the website or set cookies in visitors’ browsers.
Enquiries
When you send the enquiry form, your name, email address, message and any optional details are sent directly to Formward (EGF Fastighetsservice AB, Sweden), which processes and stores the submission for me in Sweden. Formward sends a notification to my [email protected] iCloud mailbox operated by Apple. Formward also uses a pseudonymous IP hash to limit abuse. I use your information to respond to your enquiry or prepare a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or, for general enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (my interest in answering messages). On the Free plan, Formward deletes submissions after 30 days; encrypted backups may retain them for up to another 30 days. I keep notification emails until the enquiry is resolved, unless a contract or legal retention duty requires longer storage. You can also contact me directly by email or WhatsApp.
Incoming mail to [email protected] is delivered directly to my iCloud mailbox operated by Apple. If you choose WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp; its own privacy policy applies.
