Terms and conditions

1. Scope
These terms apply to all contracts for website creation between Alexander Friedmann e.U. (“WEBDESIGN by AF”) and his clients. By using the service, you accept these terms.
2. Individual scope of services
The scope of services and remuneration are based on the individually agreed solution and set out in the respective proposal.
3. Payment terms
Payment is made in two stages: one third before the project begins (deposit) and two thirds upon completion.
4. Usage rights and showcases
You grant me permission to present the completed website in my portfolio and on social media. Personal data is used only by agreement.
5. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all supplied content does not infringe third-party rights. I accept no liability for legal infringements arising from supplied content.
6. Warranty and liability
Defects identified shortly after completion will be remedied. Further liability is excluded.
7. Severability
If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
